All orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. UK orders are dispatched with Royal Mail 48 h Business service which takes up to two working days. Orders above certain value will be sent with recorded Signed For delivery service (a signature will be required at delivery). Please be aware of possible delays due to the UK Bank holiday closures. International shipments leave the UK with 1st Class Business service (within 1-2 working days). International deliveries to other EU countries usually take from 5 to 7 working days. International deliveries to countries outside Europe usually take from 5 to 10 working days, however, times may vary depending on the speed of local mail services and subject to customs clearance at the destination country. Vita Healthcare (UK) Ltd would accept return of most products within 28 days of purchase if you are unhappy with the items, providing that they have been unopened and unused, returned in the original packaging without any visible damage.

Vita Healthcare (UK) maintains a full customer satisfaction guarantee, which means that we will aim to compensate you for your purchase with a refund or product replacement or a relevant money off voucher, depending on the circumstances of the case. 

Except for food and dietary supplements which cannot be returned, even if unused or unopened. Any supplements or pharmacy items cannot be re-sold and if returned to us, they would be destroyed. However, under our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, Vita Healthcare (UK) would aim to compensate our customers accordingly, if they are unhappy with their purchase.
